Job Description
We are looking for a top-performing Bilingual Life Insurance & Annuity Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional with 2+ years of experience in life insurance and annuities, specifically using Farmers Insurance systems. The individual will play a key role in growing our life and annuity business, helping clients achieve financial security while meeting the agencys long-term goals.
Location: Norman, OK (In-Office)
Start Date: October 2025
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Base Salary: $36,000 $48,000/year ($3,000 $4,000/month)
Commission: 5% 10% on new business
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities
Sell and service Life Insurance and Annuity products (Term Life, Indexed Universal Life, Annuities, etc.).
Develop a strong referral network through community engagement, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and client relationships.
Build long-term relationships with clients to provide them with additional coverage and cross-sell other insurance products.
Meet or exceed monthly production goals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in Farmers CRM and agency management systems.
Stay updated on industry trends to offer the best solutions for life and annuity products.
Activity & Production Expectations:
Production Goals:
$50,000+ in written premium per month from life insurance and annuities.
20+ new life/annuity policies per month.
Daily Sales Activity:
10+ scheduled appointments per day (mix of phone, in-person, and virtual).
50+ outbound calls per day (follow-ups, cold outreach, and referrals).
Active participation in referral groups and networking events.
Performance will be measured by:
Premium written per month.
Closing ratio on life/annuity quotes.
Client retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License Required.
- 2+ years of experience using Farmers Insurance systems Required.
- Bilingual in Spanish Required (No Exceptions).
- Proven success in Life Insurance and Annuity sales.
- Strong network of clients, leads, and referral partners (or willingness to build one).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed sales targets.
