With Sanas, you’re not just adopting a product; you’re investing in the future of communication.We are seeking a passionate and driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team who can strategize, develop and execute high-impact campaigns across multiple integrated channels, nurture leads to become qualified sales opportunities, and ultimately, drive revenue growth. As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation to drive exponential growth for Sanas with key industry audiences.You'll Be Responsible For:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Managing multi-channel integrated campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising (PPC), affiliate marketing, SEO, co-marketing and more.Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to define buyer personas, identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.Managing and optimizing lead nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.Utilizing marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Generating reports and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation activities and demonstrate ROI.Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing with a proven track record of success.Has an in-depth understanding of the entire demand generation funnel and the ability to optimize each stage.Is familiar with marketing automation tools, marketing analytics platforms, paid media platforms, affiliate marketing platforms, and SEO tools.Has a proven ability to manage and optimize lead nurturing programs for maximum impact.Can get hands-on and create a marketing function from the ground up.Possesses stellar analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Has impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at project management, communication, and organization.Can work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.Has experience managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility.Has knowledge of generative AI tools for marketers to increase efficiency in marketing processes and drive innovation.Is a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact campaign strategies.Is flexible to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment, pivoting as needed to drive business results.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a yearWhat Sanas.ai Offers:A competitive salary with performance incentives, a full benefits package that includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, the chance to work in a creative and dynamic environment with a team that is passionate about innovation and driving change, opportunities for personal and professional development, and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.Application Process:
