Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr A top AD100 interior design and architecture studio - specializing in single-family residential, hospitality, and commercial projects - is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the industry’s leading private residential teams, contributing to dynamic and prestigious projects across the globe. Key Responsibilities : Source antique and vintage furniture and objects for projects Research and develop materials for various project requirements Coordinate decorative elements with architectural design Create detailed documentation of decorative specifications, including materials, hardware, and fixtures Develop furniture plans and manage custom FF&E design and development Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to decorative project budgets Lead and manage decorative furnishing procurement processes Liaise with workrooms to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Manage installation scheduling and on-site coordination Develop compelling client presentations, including visual research and design Communicate effectively during internal reviews and with high-end residential clients Skills & Requirements : 7–10 years of professional interior design experience, with residential experience a plus Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong graphics and visual presentation skills, including the ability to create detailed hand sketches and renderings 3D modeling and rendering experience (Rhino, Revit) is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with custom FF&E design and development Ability to manage and execute budgets and schedules effectively Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with an ability to balance creative and logistic tasks Capability to lead, manage, and execute high-end residential design projects Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Seniority level
