This position supports Charlotte FC's match presentation and production experience while working cross-functionally with the club's Marketing, Sponsorship, Ticketing, Digital, and Game Operations teams. Additionally, the role may support other stadium events as needed. Primary Responsibilities
Manage control room operations for Charlotte FC, MLS Next Pro, soccer competitions, and international matches alongside the Director, Event Presentation and Production. Assist with the creation and development of matchday run of shows. Manage all LED content and schedules for Charlotte FC home matches. Participate in the creative vision, development, and execution for matchday and events. Organize, develop, write, and track matchday scripts for all soccer competitions. Manage and crew all Charlotte FC and MLS Next Pro Home Matches, including talent (PA & DJs) contracts, rates, invoices, and bookings. Assist Director and Producer with managing external creative vendors. Assist with archival and proof of performance processes. Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track. Assist with other stadium events as needed (concerts, football, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in live event presentation. Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas and concepts. Knowledge of Daktronics Show Control and the Adobe Suite. Required Skills & Abilities

Availability to work all Charlotte FC home matches. Ability to work indoors and outdoors, enduring various weather conditions. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical workspace at Charlotte FC office and Bank of America Stadium.
