Overview
Maintain, manage, and update our marketing accounts and platforms, including WeChat Video Account, Red Book, TikTok, and YouTube.-
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.-
Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages on our social media platforms.Content Creation and Production:-
Create, draft, edit, and finalize compelling and visually appealing content/marketing products tailored to each platform, such as video content, written content, flyer and seasonal client facing announcements, including visual and audio effects;-
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and video marketing.-
Shoot and edit high-quality videos for various marketing campaigns.-
Ensure videos are engaging, professional, and consistent with our brand standards.Marketing Analysis:-
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and videos.-
Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and reach.-
Perform market study by researching and analyzing industry marketing practice;-
Research and propose marketing campaign details including content, platform, format, timing and budget;-
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign data;Collaboration:-
Work closely with the team to align video content with overall marketing strategies.-
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.-
Provide support to other team members throughout marketing campaign.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:-
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;-
Language Skills:
Fluency with Chinese Mandarin and English (verbal and writing)
required;-
Applicants must have a legal right to work (EAD, CPT, and OPT are fine);-
Must be able to work in office 3+ days/week (Anaheim California);-
Must have a bachelor's degree or in the process of completing one;-
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software, especially Word and PowerPoint;-
Familiarity with Mac OSX operating system;-
Proven experience in video shooting and editing and proficient knowledge on iMovie or other video-editing and audio-editing software, (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.);-
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including WeChat Video Account, Red Book, TikTok, and YouTube.-
Attention to details;-
Experience in performing clerical tasks;-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:-
Experience with the following software:o
Solid experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;o
Experience in Elementor or other website-editing software;-
Entry-level knowledge on photo-editing software;-
Video filming background is a bonus;-
Basic copyrights knowledge on publishing public content on YouTube and online-
Solid interpersonal communication, research, and analytical skills;-
Proactive problem-solving skills with a self-directed approach;-
Ability to multitask and shift gear to perform different activities;-
End-to-end project planning experience;-
Ability to closely track projects and tasks to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.-
