Oversees creative strategy and execution across various client brands and indications, ensuring that creative work is strategically aligned and meets client goals. Collaborates with account and planning teams to define and refine creative briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment on project scope and direction. Serves as the lead creative contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships by delivering strategic, creative solutions that address client challenges. Fosters strong partnerships with internal teams (account, planning, production, and subject matter experts) and external partners (clients, vendors, and partner agencies). Ensures that all creative work adheres to medical, regulatory, and legal (MRL) guidelines while pushing for innovation and boundary-pushing ideas. Presents and defends creative concepts to clients, positioning the work within a broader strategic and storytelling framework. Champions accessibility and ensures that all creative work follows best practices in inclusivity and accessibility. Mentors and develops creative talent, recognizing individual strengths and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. Leads new business pitches, setting clear directives and inspiring teams to deliver creative excellence. Seeks opportunities for organic growth and identifies potential for new business within existing client relationships. Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. Performs all other duties as assigned.
