Description
- Serve as a sales expert and ambassador for the designated venue team.
- Generate and revise SOWs, quotes, proposals, and contracts based on venue needs.
- Utilize the company's sales process as directed by the National Director of Venue Sales.
- Qualify leads, generate quotes, negotiate pricing and services, and follow up promptly.
- Develop a deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live's products and offerings, demonstrating a passion for learning new technologies.
- Provide venue leads with resources such as layouts, renderings, visuals, and product suggestions.
- Record client information in the CRM, develop sales strategies, and report on sales activities.
- Build strong relationships and effective communication within the hotel sales team and Pinnacle Live teams.
- Represent Pinnacle Live during site visits, planning, and meetings.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences throughout the sales and event process.
- Manage accurate billing of events and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role; hospitality sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics.
- Experience in Production, Staging, Scenic, Decor, Rigging, Electrical, or Exhibits is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with organizational skills.
