A well-established commercial insurance brokerage based in southern New Jersey is looking for a driven and experienced Property & Casualty Producer to join its growing team. This role offers remote flexibility and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with middle-market business owners across a variety of industries. The company offers professional autonomy, strong back-end support, and access to top-rated carriers, making it a great fit for entrepreneurial producers who value collaboration and client impact.

Salary Range:

$75000 - $100000 DOE

P&C Producer Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients through long-term relationship building Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers to negotiate competitive, comprehensive coverage Oversee renewals and maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service support Attend industry events and engage in community networking to expand business development

P&C Producer Requirements

Prior experience in commercial insurance sales with a focus on client acquisition and retention Active P&C license and strong knowledge of commercial lines products and carriers Skilled in evaluating risk and recommending strategic coverage options Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Self-starter with the ability to manage your own book while working well with internal teams Willingness to attend in-person meetings and participate in local networking opportunities
