As a leader in the fashion industry, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to help propel our brand to new heights. Job Overview We're on the hunt for a Marketing Director who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for fashion. You'll spearhead digital marketing strategies, from campaign development to performance analysis, and collaborate with creative teams to elevate our brand. If you're ready to lead initiatives, boost brand awareness, and shape the future of JLUXLABEL, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand growth. Drive paid media initiatives, including social campaigns and affiliate marketing. Lead market research, identifying trends and actionable insights. Develop and execute email, SMS, and social media campaigns to drive revenue. Work with influencers and social teams to optimize engagement. Oversee digital campaigns with agencies, ensuring they meet performance goals (e.g., ROAS). Ensure all marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines and customer insights. Create and manage digital assets, including website content, packaging, and ads. Provide leadership in long-term brand strategy and market expansion. Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and improve decision-making. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies. Qualifications 5+ years in marketing, specifically in digital and consumer goods (fashion preferred). Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Microsoft Office. Proven leadership experience and a strategic mindset. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Passion for fashion, innovation, and brand storytelling.
