About the Job
Connected Cannabis Co. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position plays a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the cannabis industry and a knack for juggling multiple tasks.What You Will DoAdministrative Support:Provide administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager and the marketing team at large.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain organized files and records of marketing activities and brand assets.Coordination of Brand Assets:Ensure all brand assets are up-to-date and accessible for the marketing team.Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including packaging, promotional items, and digital assets.Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain a comprehensive inventory of marketing collateral.Marketing Support:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning.Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and travel arrangements.Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline marketing efforts.Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards.Travel:Travel as needed for events, trade shows, and meetings.What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of current market trends.Willingness to travel as required.Compensation Description:
The hourly range for this position in the selected city is $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
