Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta’s advertisers with Sales and other similar offers, to facilitate adopting advertising best practices.Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.Own a quarterly number of relevant KPIs.Support international marketing efforts through scaled marketing.Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in marketing or related fieldExperience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video)Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurementExperience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceUnderstanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta’s advertising suiteExperience with lifecycle marketingExperience engaging with executives to present findings and strategiesExperience with SQL/Data proficiencyExperience with International Marketing campaigns and working with regional stakeholders.About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
