Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy, managing a team of marketing professionals and freelancers.
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
- Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (social media advertising).
- Drive SEO efforts to achieve top organic search rankings.
- Regularly review and refine advertising campaigns to maintain positive ROAS.
- Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
- Develop and implement email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct multi-channel analytics reviews (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests and user feedback initiatives to improve results across digital channels and assets.
Experience you will need:
- A balance of analytical and creative thinking, with a passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions.
- HVAC distribution and service experience.
- Proven experience managing performance marketing budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail in designing, writing, and editing content.
