Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the overall creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.
• Lead the creative process from concept to execution across all platforms, including product design, packaging, digital experiences, and marketing materials.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines for our corporate identity and individual brands within the portfolio.
• Oversee the design and creative direction of web properties, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that reflects each brand's identity.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide creative direction on new product development and existing line enhancements, informed by consumer insights.
• Work with marketing and engagement teams to develop campaigns and stories that communicate brand messages and foster consumer relationships.
• Manage creative budgets and resources efficiently for maximum impact.
