• Maintain professional communication with elite athletes to develop high-performance products that meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with Product Line Managers (PLMs) to develop product briefs and graphics for assigned promo sports categories.
• Attend Inline COEs and Promo meetings to align with broader product strategies across Football, Baseball, Golf, Basketball, and other emerging categories.
• Join weekly PLM tracker meetings to monitor project progress across multiple sports.
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Development, PLM, and Sports Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility, price targets, and timelines are met:
o Align seasonal projects with PLMs to balance creative and business objectives
o Coordinate with Product Development to establish sample timelines
o Drive detailed project planning and milestone tracking
o Lead and manage activities across cross-functional teams
o Maintain clear and regular communication regarding prototype reviews, line finalization, and approvals
• Oversee internal development phases and ensure efficient execution of each process step.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and track key issues and action items with the Design Lead.
• Lead in the Training of our custom Glove Builder and other Programs that help make a more efficient process for product execution.

• Maintain a proactive mindset with independent decision-making and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
What to Bring:

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably in the sports industry or a related consumer products field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across categories while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to clearly communicate and elevate design ideas to stakeholders or leadership as needed.
