Description

Achieve sales growth, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction by building desirable, profitable, high-quality, unique and comprehensive product assortments that create excitement and fulfill our institutional customer’s needs.

What will you be doing?

• Achieve annual net sales and sales order goals

• Achieve annual profitability goals

• Execute category planning and achieve Proprietary Product goals

• Achieve Inventory Efficiency Targets

1. 4-year degree in business administration, marketing, or related field from an accredited university/college.

2. Minimum 4 years success in a merchandising or sales & marketing role. Catalog experience preferred.

3. Minimum 4 years experience managing vendor relationships.

4. Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System.

5. A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s vision: “To help young and old live more active, more satisfying, and healthier lives through physical education, recreation, and sports.”

6. Experience or knowledge of the sports or fitness market preferred.

Salary Range Here: $58,000 - $82,000
