Sr. Recruiter Building Performance Marketing Teams | Tell Your Dog I Said Hi

Our client is a fast-moving digital product team is seeking an experienced Product Designer to help evolve a consumer-facing mobile app into a personal coaching experience powered by adaptive AI. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative design team and take ownership of high-impact work that blends thoughtful UX, clean aesthetics, and cutting-edge technology.

This position is hybrid based in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the evolution of a mobile app into an AI-powered personal coaching platform
• Rapidly design elegant and practical solutions, upholding high visual standards
• Tackle complex UX challenges and distill them into intuitive user experiences
• Own the end-to-end design process—from early prototypes to final handoff and QA
• Maintain and evolve design documentation, including style guides and systems
• Present ideas clearly to stakeholders and integrate feedback to improve outcomes
• Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally with a focus on B2C mobile apps
• Passion and curiosity for new technologies, especially Generative and Agentic AI
• A sharp eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
• Deep understanding of mobile design principles, usability, and UX best practices
• Degree in visual communication, HCI, interaction design, or equivalent real-world experience
• A mission-driven mindset and enthusiasm for using technology to support wellness and self-improvement
