Continually strive to seek innovative ways to find solutions for our clientsMedia product/service deliveryTeam operations and team outputDrive development of team membersPrimary media contact with clients on assigned accountsTeam Management
Manages media planners, providing regular support and guidance and driving communication across the team and with partners to deliver for clientsManage personal development plans for all direct reportsProvide regular support and advice to help progress direct reportsDrive communication and collaboration across the teamCampaign Management
Creates all aspects of a media plan, including developing strategy, selecting appropriate vendors, and working closely with search and paid social teams on recommended tactics and the analytics team to ensure proper tracking is enabledCreate and manage media campaigns to effectively deliver brand objectives and targetsEnsure best practices setup and ongoing management of campaignsOversee optimization of campaigns to deliver ongoing performanceManage monthly campaign budgets to align with brand objectives/targetsDrive client reporting POV, working alongside an Customer Experience Strategists and other team membersMoving Business Forward
Help drive innovation and creative solutions for brandsReflect the agency core values and vision in all work as well as lead and inspire the team to follow high standardsAble to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOther
Maintain expert knowledge of all paid media vehicles and contributes to agency education and knowledge sharingWorks closely with Customer Experience Strategists, Account Managers, Media Buying team and relevant subject matter experts to develop an overall paid media plansPartner with colleagues day to day to further elevate media and creativeProactively seek vendor partnerships and educate the team on new vendorsSeek out areas to continually learn and develop skill setsFoster strong working relationships with our brand partnersQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferredTen-plus years of media planning/strategy experience with three-plus years managing staffComfortable working in all forms of paid media including programmatic display/native/video, streaming video/audio, location-based platforms, social platforms, Google Suite (paid search, YouTube, Gmail, etc.), trade publications/sites, linear TV, DRTV, terrestrial radio, out-of-home and printAbility to strategically assess opportunities quickly and make data-driven decisions resulting in tangible improvements in performanceAn up-to-date knowledge of all key consumer insight tools, including DMPs, digital resources, data insight and execution toolsFlexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA strong communicator with effective writing and presenting skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to get things doneA proactive, progressive media expert who considers themselves a digital innovatorPassionate about the world of media and marketing and have the ability to provide persuasive and compelling perspectives on media strategyStrong opinions are more than welcome on this team, and the ideal candidate would create an environment where healthy discussion and debate on all forms of media is welcome
