The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.We're looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP), Media, to lead our Media department, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Digital Commerce. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in Commerce Media strategy, operations, and innovation. The SVP, Media will be a critical partner in driving the evolution of our media offerings, ensuring the successful execution of media initiatives that align with our broader digital commerce goals, and optimizing cross-functional collaboration. They will work in a hybrid remote capacity from one of the Mars United Commerce offices.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Department Leadership & Operations:

Lead and oversee all operations within the Media department, establishing and maintaining high standards, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure seamless integration across teams and consistency in delivering high-quality media solutions.Strategic Vision & Evolution:

Collaborate with the EVP of Digital Commerce to shape and continuously evolve the department’s vision, ensuring it aligns with broader company goals. Lead the development of innovative media offerings that respond to market trends and customer needs.Functional Leadership:

Manage and mentor Media functional leads, providing guidance and support to ensure they can effectively lead their teams. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with key departmental leaders (Customer Development, Client Leadership, E-Commerce, Analytics, Operations, etc.) to ensure our media offering is tightly integrated with the company’s broader United Commerce Ecosystem and delivering optimal Total Business results for clients.Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:

Position Mars United Commerce as a thought leader in the media industry and with key senior clients.
