The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work with the team to build our marketing initiatives from the ground up. Because driving sales and building brand awareness is an integral part of our expanding business, you will have the opportunity to grow exponentially as the company does. Responsibilities And Duties
Design and execute highly effective email campaigns including their cadences, content, and targeting.Create content across digital channels including websites and social media to establish our brand and cement our presence in the space.Work with the team to execute marketing programs designed to drive real business growth.Create and refine both short and long-form content for our websites, working with our SEO team to drive organic traffic growth and promote our products and services.Support B2B efforts with marketing support needs - including collaterals, presentation materials, brochures, and more.Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on email marketing in SMB or high-growth businesses.Preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce and insurance.Creative mindset to be able to identify opportunities for improvement across digital communications - including but not limited to email, social, websites, and blogs.Ability to think strategically and be flexible to accommodate urgency & business needs, juggling multiple ongoing projects.Compensation We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and many perks.
