Run the system that earns trust at scale.
Over the last two years, Jump has developed a marketing flywheel to elevate our perception in the marketplace, widen our reach, grow our tribe, and generate new business leads. We’re hiring someone to run that system—producing sharp content, managing rhythm and quality, and evolving how we show up. You’ll collaborate with internal voices and creative partners to make it happen. This role reports to the Head of Marketing. We’re looking for a thinker/doer to take us to the next level with urgency, taste, and precision.
You’ll own the execution of Jump’s marketing system across multiple channels, including:
- Future Focused Letter. Help produce Dev’s weekly letter: assemble, copy edit, and publish letters to email, Substack, Forbes and jumpassociates.com
- Thought Leadership. Develop Jump thought leadership: work with internal experts to develop, write, edit and publish white papers and articles.
- Jump Offsite (Annual Event). Oversee the production of Jump’s annual conference: secure speakers, register participants, develop the agenda, and manage external partners.
- Social Media. Grow Jump’s online presence: post relevant and compelling content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Jump Podcast. Produce the Jump Podcast: select topics with the co-hosts, invite guests, record episodes, edit and publish recordings, create clips and track audience.
- Community Engagement. Develop relationships with our tribe of prospects, clients and friends through LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Longer term, we’d also like to include…
- Speakerships. Help coordinate speaking events for Jump thought leaders: connect with speaker bureaus, associations and conference organizers.
- Public Relations. Develop relationships with academics, editors, journalists and conference organizers.

Background: Required
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top 25 nationally ranked university or college
- Experience in professional services
- 3-8 years in content-driven marketing, communications, or editorial roles—owning calendars, producing thought leadership, and publishing across email, web, and social
- Strong writing abilities across formats: email, web, social, and ideally audio
- Familiarity with SME digital marketing tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive (or similar CRM), MailChimp, WordPress, Podbean, iMovie
Background: Nice-to-Have
- Experience with executive comms, founder-led brands, or thought leadership
- Supported curated, high-touch events like executive offsites
- Experience with podcast production and editing
- Familiar with or light layout/design
