We are currently looking for a thoughtful and talented Project Management Intern to join our Creative Services team in Austin, TX for the Fall 2024 term (with an option to extend into Spring 2025). This person will assist our team by managing project schedules, budgets, and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. This role is pivotal in maintaining a well-organized project management framework and ensuring smooth operations. This involves communicating with various departments within Four Hands to ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
In This RoleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build project timelines and track deliverables for marketing campaigns, including paid media, product launches, category launches, and social campaignsRotate through different departments (Video & Photo Studio, Brand Copy & Design Team, Interior Design, & CGI) to gain diverse experienceCo-facilitate end-to-end project progression within the creative services team, ensuring effective communication with leadership and stakeholdersReceive new project submissions from stakeholders and collaborate with Director of Production to accurately scope out the timeframe, priority, and evaluate project needs and requirementsCreate and manage project documents (plan, budget, schedules, reports)Coordinate asset collection, communication, and production monitoring with internal teams and external vendorsSchedule and manage meetings for the team internally and cross-functionally to facilitate communication throughout the project life cycleManage cross-functional meetings, document takeaways, and distribute follow-up communications to update stakeholders on project changesCollect and report necessary project metrics (asset completion, delivery times, external vendor hours/budget)Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands TeamOther tasks as defined by ManagementThe Ideal Person
Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a degree in Business Admin, Project Management, Marketing, or Advertising (preferred)Detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveExperience working within a teamStrong communication skillsFamiliarity with project management toolsProficiency in Microsoft 365 SuiteAbility to be onsite a minimum of 3 days a weekInterest in interior design and/or architecture a plus
