Our client, a wellness franchise organization in the Philadelphia Suburbs, is confidentially looking to hire a passionate Creative Manager with expertise in brand identity. The Creative Manager will be counted on to support growing creative needs and help bring brand vision to life. This role works closely with the Creative Director, external agencies, and vendors to ensure projects align with brand identity and objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing creative workflows, maintaining digital assets, and leading multiple projects across various media.
- Participate in creative strategy sessions to develop compelling marketing concepts that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to refine ideas, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design, copy, and multimedia assets to uphold brand standards and enhance overall messaging effectiveness
- Support the development of innovative creative approaches that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Oversee and prioritize multiple projects, guiding the team to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Support internal teams by developing and managing creative assets, including PowerPoint templates, presentations, training materials, and communications for franchisees.
- Assist with designing and producing materials for the company’s annual conference, including signage, decks, and branded collateral.
- Maintain and organize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Ad Builder platform for franchisees, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accessible, and on-brand.
- Build and manage branded emails, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Work autonomously to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Responsible for finding creative ways to overcome obstacles, providing solutions that drive success while ensuring brand integrity.
- Manage multiple tasks independently, while also collaborating with teams when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a creative role with a strong understanding of branding, design principles, and project management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create and maintain branded templates.
- Familiarity with DAM systems, workflow platforms, and CRM/email marketing tools.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital, print, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.
- Figma and video editing skills are a plus but not required.
