Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with supportive in-house sales courses or NQF5 Diploma
- 4 years related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with a high level of proficiency
- Your own transport and a valid driver's license are inherent requirements
Key Performance Indicators
Growth
- Scan the market and identify potential new fuel & lubricant customers
- Implement the Fuel & Lubricants CRM (Customer Relationship Management) plan
- Introduce lubrication services to customers, including site inspections and site equipment surveys to develop tailored solutions with suppliers
- Attend farmer/producer events and actively promote the Agrimark fuel & lubricants offering
Optimisation
- Management reporting of functional information and administration (Unicorn & QlikView)
- Assist the Fuel Planner with demand forecasts and CRM database updates
- Manage Lubricant supplier service agreement execution levels
- Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations
- Perform site fuel equipment SHEQ inspections to ensure adequate equipment maintenance
Leveraging Culture & Diversity
- Engage and maintain productive and value-adding relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities
