We are seeking a Real Estate Field Tech - Part Time Agent to join our team! You will handle real estate field activities and transactions on behalf of the team. Seeking motivated candidates looking to get involved in the real estate industry. This is a gateway position into a real estate career and/or a great part time, stable position.

Responsibilities:

• Visit property assignments to determine occupancy, condition, and take photos
• Install for sale signs, open house signs, and lockboxes
• Meet with utility companies for the turn on/turn off of service at properties
• Take marketing photos, 3D tours, and drone videos
• Work with buyers and sellers to procure or sell property
• Host open houses and other events
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to maintain your own schedule and deliver results in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Observant with an attention to detail

Thinking About Becoming a Real Estate Agent?

While a real estate license is not required, we do invite agents to apply to this role. We have found many Field Technicians excel while having their license or obtaining one. Further financial/career opportunities exist for Field Technicians which have a real estate license. We are looking for new people to partner with our organization and there is no experience necessary to get started. What are We Looking for?

This position is a Field Tech role meaning you will be in the field physically visiting properties. Reliable transportation and laptop is a must-have to perform this job. A licensed real estate agent will be able to sell real estate in addition to performing the field tech duties, however, a real estate license is not required to apply for this position. Lack of a real estate license will impact the income potential for this position. This is a great way to get started in real estate if you are considering a career change.

Job Requirements

• Valid drivers license and access to reliable automobile every day
• Laptop computer and mobile phone
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform light construction activities

Pay Structure

Based on schedule and flexibility, we are able to give a range on the compensation based on hourly rates.
