Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Kforce has a client in Acton, MA seeking a Technical Writer with hands-on experience in the quality management system, Polarian. The key focus will be to drive a new process for and content migration effort into Polarian.
• This role requires a blend of technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• The Technical Writer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and organization of technical design documentation.
• This is a highly collaborative role partnering with cross-functional teams across the country and globally.
• You will use your organization and communication skills to bring clarity to chaos, working strategically with other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technical Communication, Library Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content administration, technical documentation, or CMS management
• Strong background in technical writing with at least 1-2 years of experience in Polarian and structured component content management systems (DITA-based)
• Experience with Arena
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with collaboration tools like Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Familiarity with DITA and structured content management systems
• Ability to understand medical, clinical, and technical aspects of diabetes management and drug delivery products
• Healthcare, life sciences, or diabetes experience is preferred

Additional Information

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors like education, experience, and performance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees may not unless legally required. Pay is not guaranteed until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
