Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Kforce has a client seeking a Technical Writer in Atlanta, GA. The Operations Team needs a Tech Writer to support documentation of the Rental process for technical, operational, and field Teams.
• The Tech Writer will focus on SOPs related to rental processes, partnering with Rental SMEs and asset protection teams.
• Project overview includes documenting operational processes for field technicians, focusing on SOPs and process documentation.
• Existing SOPs will be provided for review to understand the business, including field management processes.
• The role involves collaborating with SMEs and field leaders to ensure process accuracy and alignment.
• Tools used include DispatchMe, Microsoft D365, and FrameMaker.
• Documentation will cover workflows such as equipment repair, technician productivity, reporting procedures, and theft protocols.

• Writing samples are preferred

Additional Information

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation believed to be fair at posting. Actual pay may vary based on numerous factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Paid time off applies to salaried employees; hourly employees' PTO eligibility varies. Pay is not guaranteed until earned and paid. This role is not eligible for bonuses or commissions.
