We are looking for a Copywriter & Content Producer to bring JUNK’s voice and visuals to life across all channels. You will write copy that connects, create content that performs, and help shape how our customers see, hear, and feel the brand. One minute you might be concepting an email campaign, the next you are editing a hype video for social. This role is perfect for a creative who loves both the craft of writing and the energy of content creation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Copywriting & Messaging

• Write copy that captures attention and drives action—across email, web, ads, product pages, and social
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and design teams to align on campaigns and messaging across the enterprise
• Develop and maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms
• Name products, write taglines, and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
  
  

Content Creation & Production

• Concept, plan, and produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, product features)
• Shoot and edit high-energy content using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut , or equivalent
• Help manage content calendars and execute ideas that grow engagement and brand love
• Use post creative strategy to understand customer and consumer interest in content and build new concepts to leverage insights.
• Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh ideas to keep JUNK ahead of the game
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar creative role
• A portfolio that shows off strong writing and original content production
• Experience producing social-first content (especially video)
• Comfort using creative tools ( Capcut , Edits (Instagram), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, mobile video editing apps)
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and storytelling
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to own projects and drive them forward
  
  

You May Be a Good Fit If You Are

• A punchy writer with a sharp eye for detail and a sense of humor
• An idea machine who knows what’s trending and how to make it your own
• Comfortable on set, behind a camera, or behind the scenes
• Obsessed with the craft, but scrappy enough to shoot, edit, and publish in a day
• Into sports, style, creativity—or all of the above
  
  

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) 80% of the day and occasionally reach, bend, and move inside the office to access files and product.
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks and operate other office machinery.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and external customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in a clear manner.
• Ability to move 10-20 lbs. occasionally throughout the day.
• Ability to hear a phone ring.
• Must be able to visually differentiate colors.
