Entry-Level Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson Location: KDW Home, Central and Eastern Virginia’s leading luxury kitchen design firm, is seeking a motivated and passionate entry-level Kitchen and Bath Designer/Salesperson to join our Virginia Beach showroom team.
This is more than a sales job—it’s an opportunity to be involved in the full lifecycle of luxury kitchen and bath design projects. From initial concept through final installation, you’ll be hands-on in delivering top-tier experiences to our residential clients.
Assist in the design of high-end residential kitchen and bath projects
Support the sales process from initial client contact through project completion
Manage and coordinate orders, materials, and installation timelines
Work in-person, full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Passionate about interior design and client service

Schedule: Work in-person, full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Interior design degree or 1 year of professional experience in Residential Interior Design field
· Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, required
· Proficiency in SketchUp, preferred
Fluid with Windows and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel locally daily and weekly to occasionally regionally (within 2-3 hours from the showroom).
Additionally, 9 paid holidays per year
Mileage reimbursement for out-of-town travel
