Job Summary
The Associate Creative Director is a proven creative who consistently generates great ideas aligned with the brief, and possesses the self-editing skills to shape compelling campaigns. They will help lead creative teams and present to clients, with a strong background as an Art Director and solid production experience. They have clear vision and confidence in leading production partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and own work, developing disruptive ideas with minimal oversight
- Establish client relationships, lead presentations, and collaborate on productions
- Concept and art direct, creating storyboards and comps independently
- Align ideas with strategy and ensure they meet the brief
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Oversee all facets of production and post-production
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver excellent work on time
- Present effectively internally and to clients
- Provide and accept constructive feedback respectfully
- Handle business challenges maturely, finding creative opportunities
- Mentor and lead creative teams
Basic Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing various types of creative media
- Production experience handling different productions
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative, team-oriented, with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Compensation varies based on multiple factors. The salary range for New York is $122,700 to $302,400. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
