Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, processing invoices, and managing marketing databases.Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and event marketing.Content Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Working ConditionsThe physical environment requires the employee to work inside throughout the year.Moderate travel and after hour events required.Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.Seeing, reading, writing and physical presence at the job location are required to complete job responsibilities.Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
