About the Role
Brand & Thought Leadership: Build and expand the Loft brand presence and reputation, translating complex technical ideas into compelling content for diverse stakeholders. Marketing Team Leadership & Growth: Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing, diverse marketing team across multiple disciplines and time zones. Strategic & Tactical Execution: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy balancing long-term branding with short-term projects. Executive & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the CEO, COO, investors, and customers to align marketing with company goals. Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy: Oversee launches and work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and awareness. Corporate Communications & PR: Manage external communications, media relations, and crisis management to enhance reputation. Financial & Budgeting: Plan and oversee marketing budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure ROI.
Must Haves
10+ years in marketing, with leadership experience in technical sectors; expertise in translating complex ideas for diverse audiences in the US and Europe. Experience leading dispersed teams across creative, content, and brand functions. Proven budget management skills for campaigns and partnerships. Ability to partner with leadership and craft engaging content; hands-on content development skills are a plus. Experience in corporate communications and PR, with established media relationships. Experience managing high-profile events and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to Haves
Experience in scaling startups (Series B+), with international marketing expertise in Europe. Crisis communication skills and experience working with government and media. Strong storytelling and content creation skills, including digital and visual assets. Proficiency in French is a plus.
