Responsibilities:Work with Creative Director on design concepts for hospitality projects and luxury residential design.Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD and RevitCollaborate with the interior design team to ensure the design concept aligns with the client's needs, vision, and budget.Coordinate and liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that arise.Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the field of architecture and interior design.
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects and luxury residential design.Proficient in CAD software, with Revit experience being a plus.Strong design skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
