Do you enjoy creative problem solving that will contribute to automating processes, developing workflows, working with large amounts of digital content, and making digital collections accessible? The Digital Collections Management & Services Division (DCMS) is seeking a Senior Digital Collections Data Librarian to join its dedicated, engaged, and innovative staff. DCMS manages a variety of digital general collections including content collected through the Library’s web archiving program, eBooks, e-Journals, digitized general collections materials, bulk datasets, and more! DCMS maintains custodial responsibility for general digital collections materials, facilitating born digital acquisitions, conducting research and testing on digital content management methods and practices, and developing policy and procedures for the management of digital content. Our staff liaise and collaborate with a variety of staff across the Library. As a Senior Digital Collections Data Librarian, you will play a key role in enabling computational use of the Library’s born digital and digitized collections and implementation of a coordinated approach to support use of collections for digital scholarship.
