Hit Seekers is growing and we have an immediate need for streamers/breakers to join our team! You'll enjoy a fantastic modern card shop atmosphere with unlimited earning potential in this role.

At Hit Seekers, we’re passionate about the hobby and dedicated to helping it grow. Our shop is a hub for enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels, and we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, knowledgeable, and fun environment with the best selection of cards in the area.

Position Overview:As a breaker and on-air entertainer, you will create and broadcast live content on the streaming platforms Loupe and Fanatics Live. Responsibilities will include live streaming breaks, opening new packs and boxes, and interacting with & engaging a live audience of up to 100 buyers at a time.

If you are a sports fan with high energy, team-oriented, organized, attentive to detail, and have schedule flexibility then we want to meet you!

Applicants must be located in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and have the ability stream from our in-shop studios in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with online customers via live video streams.
• Bring energy, passion, and knowledge of sports into the daily streams.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and insights about products.
• Maintain an organized and appealing on-screen visual.
• Handle sales transactions and manage online inventory.
• Keep up-to-date with current sports trends, product checklists, card values, and general industry knowledge.
• Maintain and communicate both pre- and post-stream tasks including but not limited to: sorting breaks, shipping preparation, tidying studios & restocking supplies.
• Marketing breaks/online listings as well as seeking out more customers.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable being camera-facing for an online live audience of up to 100 people.
• Strong interest in sports and sports card collecting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to go above and beyond.
• Must be a team player--team success has personal rewards.

Job Type: Part-Time with Full-Time Potential

Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
