Overview
For the Kirsten Jordan Team (KJT):
• Manage all aspects of marketing and big-picture brand development including design, development, execution, and adherence to budgets • Advance KJT's overall brand and full platform of services • Assist agent presentations and pitch strategy to clients • Systemize the marketing process for individual properties and educate the team on executing the marketing aspects of each deal • Develop, place, and oversee the implementation of the KJT marketing calendar/plan in print, digital, social media, and other outlets • Create and establish templates and bespoke presentation materials, flyers, brochures, print ads, mailing campaigns, etc. to support the brand and company goals • Track statistics/KPIs of the marketing calendar/plan • Create content scripts for video shoots • Oversee and manage video shoots • Support listings and projects • Create monthly content calendars for KJT and applicable New Development projects
For Kirsten Jordan (KJ):
• Manage all aspects of marketing and big-picture brand development including design, development, execution, and budgeting • Advance KJ's overall brand and full platform of services • Develop, place, and oversee the implementation of the KJ marketing calendar/plan in print, digital, social media, and other outlets • Track statistics/KPIs of the marketing calendar/plan • Support ad-hoc projects such as speaking engagements, podcast interviews, television appearances, etc. • Create content scripts for video shoots • Oversee and manage video shoots • Create monthly content calendars Qualifications: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to successfully meet deadlines • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently; analyze and solve problems • Strong interpersonal, relationship, and networking skills to build and maintain effective • professional relationships across all areas of the organization • A high level of integrity is required for handling sensitive and confidential information • Proficient in website management • Proficient in Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Google paid Ads • Proficient in all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) • Ability to quickly learn Studio Pro, Follow-Up Boss, Resource, and Douglas Elliman-specific marketing platforms • Real estate experience preferred • Nice to Have: Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, etc. • Nice to Have: Video editing experience
Physical Requirements:
• Manage multiple project progress and quick deadlines • Video capture on iPhone or camera • Ability to sit at a desk to work for hours at a time • Ability to clearly & effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and agents through verbal and written communications Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
