As a Still Photographer, you'll play a crucial role in setting the stage, lighting scenes and subjects to perfection. Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the intake team to understand project requirements and capture compelling and professional still photographs that align with the overall vision and objectives
Capture high-quality portraits, headshots, product shots, and event coverage, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet the client's needs
Utilize lighting techniques to create the desired mood and atmosphere for each shot, ensuring that subjects are well-lit and presented in the best possible way
Demonstrate excellent people skills to make subjects feel comfortable, relaxed, and natural during the photography sessions
Utilize editing and touch-up skills to enhance the captured photographs, ensuring a consistent and polished final output
Deliver final files to necessary publishing channels and archive files to proper platforms
Track and update workstream progress in team project management application
Collaborate with the video production team to ensure visual consistency between still photographs and video footage, when necessary
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photography and continuously explore innovative ways to improve the quality and impact of our corporate still photography
Manage and organize the photography equipment, ensuring that it is properly maintained and readily available for use
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in capturing portraits, headshots, product shots, and event coverage
Proficiency in lighting techniques to create desired effects and enhance subjects in various settings
Excellent editing and touch-up skills using industry-standard software
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people, making them feel at ease and capturing their best moments
Familiarity with shooting video using DSLR cameras
Knowledge of composition, framing, and other photography principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational skills and ability to self-manage projects
Track and update workstream progress in team project management application
Other duties as required
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Photography work experience in journalism, film, media, communications, related field or equivalent
Experience in corporate photography
A minimum of 5 years professional experience
Demonstrated history of high-quality, high-impact photography
Deep understanding of established and emerging trends in content consumption and audience habits
Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer service oriented - listening, understanding, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized - manage multiple projects from concept through completion
Solid command of branding, brand story-telling with photography
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom or similar
Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Familiarity with video production workflows and terminology
