RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility for the user interface: identify problems, propose solutions, and recommend implementations;
• Prototype and iterate on the solutions;
• Communicate with the customers and end users;
• Create crisp user interfaces;
• Deliver high-quality work on tight schedules in a dynamic, agile product environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication, writing, and presentation skills;
• A portfolio that showcases several of your most recent designs (not educational, but real projects) is required for consideration;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX design;
• Good knowledge of usability standards, accessibility standards, heuristics, web / iOS / Android principles and patterns;
• Ability to plan and conduct user research;
• Proactive position, ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems;
• Be a team player;
• Select the proper tools for the specific project needs;
• Work in a team and communicate with other designers.
