Multimedia Graphics Designer

McLean, VA

We're looking for an experienced Multimedia Graphics Designer to create high-impact visual and animated content that communicates complex intelligence topics to senior U.S. Government and Intelligence Community stakeholders. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, multimedia production, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment-this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality video and animated content aligned with mission objectives and strategic messaging.
• Create motion graphics and animations to visually communicate technical or abstract concepts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on scripts, storyboards, and production planning.
• Support the visual design of intelligence products through clear, consistent, and aesthetically sound graphics.
• Manage end-to-end multimedia projects including editing, sound, rendering, and archiving.
• Lead design sessions, clarify content and style expectations, and manage production timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, copyright policies, and internal production workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant multimedia or visual design experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Expertise in motion graphics, video production, animation, and traditional graphic design
• Strong skills in visual storytelling and information design
• Proven experience managing high-visibility projects under tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
