Role Overview:
Play an important role in EA's new Technology operating model. Successfully shape and deliver technology projects across the Customer business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL processes and tools.
- Showcase your experience leading Change & Release Management capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a SaaS technology environment.
- Ability to establish the Change and Release model and oversee all changes and releases.
