Base pay range $74,000.00/yr - $119,000.00/yr Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and offers opportunities for growth within the role. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings based on the compensation plan. Description The Senior Marketing Specialist, Brand Strategy supports the development of enterprise-wide integrated marketing programs and campaigns aligned with Liberty Mutual’s brand objectives. The role involves driving brand consistency, improving strategies, and managing enterprise sponsorship evaluation to support broader brand and company goals. You will collaborate across teams, develop your marketing skills, and help position a Fortune 100 company as a trusted global insurance brand. This position offers a hybrid work structure, reporting to the Boston MA office, with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. This policy is subject to change. Responsibilities
Develop brand resources to ensure consistency and strengthen our brand across the company. Contribute to enterprise sponsorship strategy and collaborate with activation teams and business units. Identify and develop opportunities to enhance the enterprise brand and manage key projects. Update brand resources and guidelines proactively to ensure efficiency and consistency. Serve as the primary contact for brand-related questions within the organization. Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain on-brand project execution. Document processes for brand initiatives to improve clarity and efficiency. Manage operational aspects of projects as part of cross-functional teams. Support feedback and measurement initiatives by capturing data to inform resource development and identify gaps. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting. Insurance industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and analysis. Proficiency with relevant technologies. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Highly collaborative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Proactive in learning new skills and expanding industry knowledge.
