As we scale, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to take on real responsibility and grow with us. Role Description This is a hands-on, high-impact marketing role. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and play a critical part in shaping how we show up to the world—online and offline. Qualifications Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms Film and edit video content (testimonials, property tours, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Organize and promote ADU open houses and community events Manage email marketing campaigns and automations Write and optimize blogs for SEO and brand voice Design marketing flyers, signage, and event materials Coordinate with customers for reviews, testimonials, and feedback Track and report on marketing performance weekly Are highly creative and proactive Love making content that performs (and looks great) Enjoy writing, designing, or storytelling Are comfortable jumping into new tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Have a strong work ethic and want to grow in a fast-paced environment Are finishing school or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Bonus points if you have experience with: SEO basics or blogging Event coordination or open house marketing Direct mentorship from founders and current marketing team Real ownership of projects and results Rapid career growth opportunities Room to shape your own role as we grow Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Backyard Estates by 2x.
