Title: Media Planning Supervisor

The Role
The Media Planning Supervisor is a strategic leader within Unlock Health’s Integrated Marketing Media team. This role is responsible for guiding the development, execution, and performance of cross-channel media campaigns for healthcare clients. As the day-to-day media lead, the Supervisor ensures client satisfaction through expert-level strategic planning, team mentorship, and proactive communication.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrates strong leadership and project management skills, and has a proven track record of delivering results across both traditional and digital media.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and delivery of integrated media strategies that align with client goals and KPIs
Serve as the primary client contact for all media-related communications and planning deliverables
Own media planning process from strategy through billing reconciliation
Present media recommendations, campaign updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and manage a team of planners and coordinators, fostering professional growth and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Client Experience, Creative, Digital, Search, and Analytics—to ensure seamless campaign execution
Maintain and cultivate relationships with media vendors to identify value-added opportunities
Troubleshoot issues during campaign execution and proactively implement solutions
Contribute to internal process improvement and uphold Unlock Health's values and standards of excellence
Ideal Qualifications
4+ years of media planning experience across traditional and digital channels, preferably in an agency setting
1+ years in a supervisory role with team management responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Proven success in managing integrated media campaigns from briefing to reporting
Strong command of media tools and resources (e.g., Guideline, SQAD, Resonate, MediaRadar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Confident communicator with excellent presentation, analytical, and time-management skills
Strong understanding of media mix strategy, channel roles, and performance measurement
Passion for healthcare and the evolving media landscape
