all in-studio
functionality including:Sales: Member retentionSales: Assist and support the studio with external sales efforts including grassroots new member initiatives, brand awareness, corporate and private function sales.Sales: RetailStudio operations: phones, email, textREQUIREMENTS:1+ years of fitness sales experience a plusAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.An affinity and passion for fitness.Solid writing and grammar skills.Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.Proficiency with computers and studio software.DUTIES:Assist with lead generation and studio day to day managementDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsProficiency in ClubReady to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect outstanding duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studioEnforce StretchLab policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsAssist the studio in marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance.Commission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential as well within the company including opening additional studios.About Us:Our team currently has 5 locations throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties ( Scarsdale, Stamford, Fairfield, New Canaan and Westport ) with a plan to open 4 additional studios in the area.
