The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Lead client and internal communication by setting strategic agendas, keeping clients updated and ensuring the project teams are aligned on priorities, deadlines and client expectationsOversee bespoke communities of micro influencers, brand fans and everyday consumers with the goal of creating brand advocacy and co-creating products and gen Z resonate marketing.Build and oversee timelines with an understanding of how different factors can impact deliverables and deadlinesSpearhead project management by managing all timelines, internal and external check insEnsure all client deliverables are completed to highest standards of the brand and UTAHelp clients immerse themselves in and create culture by keeping them up to date with cultural moments, up and coming creators and trends.Set the strategic direction of presentations by leading deck creation and assigning tasks to other team members.Oversee the account budget while keeping the client updated on talent and production costsLead creative ideation for campaigns, social content and cultural brand integration.Manage up to Next Gen leadership to keep them 'in the know' with the work, challenges and successes on the account.Keep the internal team and clients on top of category trends online and IRLWork with the IQ team to have an in-depth understanding of measurement and KPI's for the account's campaigns.Create beautifully designed presentations that showcase the creative ideas and strategyConnect brands with the next generation of consumers by being able to speak to not only your lived experience but a deep understanding of sentiments, interest areas and culture that resonates with the cohort.Project manage a team of 3-5 specializing in talent, social strategy, measurement, and account support.What You Will Need
4+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at a creative, social media or influencer agencyBachelors degree strongly preferredBe completely plugged into social media, influencer and entertainment culture.High degree of motivation and initiative, the ability to demonstrate creative thinking and critical thinking, and the capacity to problem-solve independentlyUnmatched communication skills that put clients at ease and motivate internal team membersStrong foundation of project and timeline management and task delegationImpeccable organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to navigate an organization and operate in an incredibly face paced, multifaceted environmentThe ability to see and communicate the big picture in an innovative way and identify opportunities based on current and future trendsAbility to run impactful presentationsAbility to communicate and presents ideas, strategy, insights and talent recommendationsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a mustWhat You Will Get
