As our business grows, were looking to bring on a full-time Social Media & Visual Brand Strategist to help us stay at the forefront of the luxury real estate space.The Role: As our Social Media & Visual Brand Strategist, youll play a key role in building and maintaining NJLREs digital presence and visual identity. From launching multi-million-dollar listings to designing brand assets and driving engagement across social media platforms, youll bring a creative and strategic eye to every touchpoint. This full-time position reports directly to our Creative & Marketing Director and is overseen by our Director of Operations. Youll collaborate closely with our internal team to bring ideas to life and ensure our brand continues to stand out.Responsibilities: Design high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media, marketing materials, events, and listings. Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create compelling Reels, stories, and short-form video content that tells the story of our listings, brand, and agents. Support listing launches with custom marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social campaigns). Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials. Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth. Assist in content planning for events, open houses, and special campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with the NJLRE luxury brand voice and aesthetic.Who You Are: A creative, strategic thinker with strong design and storytelling skills. Passionate about visual branding and social media strategy. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once. Proficient in Canva (Adobe Suite is a bonus) and social media scheduling tools. Comfortable with video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools). Familiar with the real estate space or excited to learn it. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Real estate experience and license a plus.Bonus Skills: Photography or videography experience. Strong copywriting skills for captions and campaign messaging.
