In this fast-paced and fun role, you will drive all parts of the sales funnel, beginning with leads through closing sales, be given daily, monthly and quarterly goals, supervision of instructors and lead a sales team and coordinate grassroots events. There will also be customer service and operational aspects to the role to create an incredible Club Pilates experience each time a member or lead comes into the studio. Strong customer service skills, effective communication, team orientation, and a passion for sales and service are a must! For more information, visit www.clubpilates.comPOSITION: The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.REQUIREMENTS2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailPrevious management or supervisory experience preferredMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spiritAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat and organizedStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareCollege Degree Preferred*This is a full-time position.
