The Company
An established and scaling healthcare media company with a proprietary platform deployed in physician offices across the U.S. The team partners with pharmaceutical brands to deliver tailored campaigns at the point of care. Backed by a network of physicians, designers, engineers, and strategists, the company is on a growth path and investing heavily in its analytics function.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position focused on building out a strategic analytics practice. You’ll partner with sales and account teams, help shape campaign strategy with data, and deliver high-impact insights to clients.
Scope includes:
- Leading analytics across the full campaign lifecycle: pre-sale strategy → in-flight optimization → post-campaign ROI
- Creating client-facing narratives that drive brand engagement
- Building KPIs, dashboards, and scalable reporting frameworks
- Collaborating with data engineering on automation and data access
- Presenting insights directly to pharma clients and senior stakeholders
You’ll need:
- 7+ years in analytics, ideally within pharma, media, or agency environments
- Strong hands-on SQL; working knowledge of Python/R; Snowflake experience is a plus
- Comfort navigating real-world claims data and healthcare marketing KPIs
- Exceptional storytelling skills—able to turn data into decisions
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members a plus
