Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.Evaluate and enhance current operational systems for improved effectiveness.Prepare detailed reports and conduct audits to monitor and improve operations.Coordinate communication between different organizational functions.Manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring adherence to project/department goals and budgets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or specialized pricing software for data manipulation and analysis.Proven management and leadership skills with the ability to adapt to changes and continuously learn.Comfort with complex software and systems Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems to integrate pricing data with other business operations.
