About the Job Zeno believes the term "influencer" no longer accurately captures the essence of today's content creators. They are artists and storytellers who produce valuable and engaging content. The term "creator" better reflects their dedication and talent. Zeno East is seeking an experienced influencer/creator marketing leader to join our award-winning Digital Experience (ZDX) team. The role involves developing and leading influencer campaigns for B2C, health, and/or financial brands, with a solid understanding of paid media and analytics, including creator whitelisting. You will manage multiple client accounts, acting as the day-to-day relationship manager, strategist, and team lead, excelling in both strategy and execution. As a Senior Vice President, you will spearhead the creation of innovative, authentic creator strategies for top clients, leading campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. You should have a comprehensive understanding of creator marketing, from identification and negotiations to trend analysis, disclosures, reporting, and optimization. You will also oversee content creation, copywriting, paid amplification, and reporting in collaboration with paid media and analytics teams. You will manage 2-3 direct reports, contribute to team growth, and participate in our Digital SLT. Your role includes business development, staffing, and utilization management, as well as contributing to our Global Creator Center of Excellence. You should have extensive client relationship management experience, including presenting and selling ideas to senior clients, and proactively identifying new opportunities. Qualifications include: 12+ years in influencer marketing or communications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Experience leading creator strategies across platforms and managing client relationships Knowledge of influencer whitelisting, paid social media, and analytics Leadership and project management skills Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with ecommerce or B2B influencer campaigns Salary Range: $185,000 - $236,000 annually.
