Description
We are looking for a digital marketing and operations expert who is excited to build pipeline through multi-channel campaigns, optimize campaign performance, and partner closely with sales to fuel company growth. You'll be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, streamlining marketing operations, and ensuring strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams. A successful candidate will be analytical and results-focused, with a passion for leveraging data, automation, and digital channels to drive results. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation. This full-time, salaried role is remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates in CST or EST.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement demand gen strategies across key digital marketing channels, including email, paid media, SEO, trade advertising, and social media, to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline Manage website optimization, landing page development, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives Partner with agency teams to optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media) through data-driven insights, ad design improvements, and content distribution Work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital, content, and event strategies with overall marketing objectives
Marketing Operations & Automation
Own marketing automation and CRM processes, including advanced workflows and list segmentation, to ensure efficient lead management, nurturing, and scoring that prioritizes leads for sales follow-up Optimize the marketing technology stack to improve campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, and compliance with opt-in regulations. Implement A/B testing frameworks to enhance marketing performance
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance and pipeline impact Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to ensure alignment on lead flow, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, lead conversion, and customer retention.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Management
Work closely with sales and customer success teams to support acquisition, upsell, and retention initiatives Partner with customer marketing, product marketing, events marketing, and the creative team, to drive lead generation and brand awareness Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and other platforms as needed Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and/or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social Expertise in data-driven marketing, including campaign measurement, A/B testing, and lead attribution Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid media platforms, and marketing performance tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships Ability to work in ET or CT hours with occasional travel (~5%) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
